1. Merchandise must be returned to us (arrive at our office) within 30 days of delivery to the customer.
2. Merchandise must be in its original condition, without fragrance and make-up residue, unworn and unwashed and any gifted items must be returned.
3. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Ethereal hang-tags, attached.
4. Any merchandise in "sale" category cannot be returned.
5. All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
6. All returned merchandises will be granted as refund to the original payment method (i.e. credit card, Apple Pay). Please note: Once the refund is processed, it may take a couple business days for the credit to reflect to your account. Timing will vary depending on the form of payment and financial institution.
7. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping fee was waived (thanks to free-shipping promotion), refund will be made excluding shipping fee.
8. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return. 9. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your refund details.
INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the event that an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact us right away and we will have this resolved for you. All defective items will be inspected by our Quality Control team. We reserve the right to request for photos of the defective item before we authorize the return. Ethereal Shop is not, under any circumstances, responsible for "worn" damages (wear and tear, stretching, etc).
