Ethereal Shop is a platform that brings to the women of today carefully curated pieces from emerging Latin American designers. Ethereal Shop serves a liaison between vibrant emerging designers and women looking to highlight their individual styles in an extraordinary way.  

2. HOW DOES ETHEREAL SHOP CURATES ITS SELECTION?

Ethereal Shop scouts designers in different countries of Latin America looking for one-of-a-kind pieces to bring to our U.S market. We take the time to meet each and every designer understand their creative and production processes and from there make the decision to partner with them to showcase their pieces at Ethereal Shop.

3. ARE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE SITE AUTHENTIC?
We guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic from all of the designers we feature.

4. HOW DO I LEARN ABOUT LATEST
UPDATES AND UPCOMING DESIGNERS?

Please register to our online mailing list to receive notifications on our latest designers and news. If you are interested in a particular designer or specific looks, please contact our stylists at  style@etherealshop.com Please sign up on our mailing list to receive notifications on your favorite designers.

 

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:

1. BELIEVE YOU WERE CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES?
All orders are processed once by our system. If you placed a duplicate order you will receive an additional confirmation email. Contact us directly at care@etherealshop.com as soon as possible if you believe it was a mistake.

All “pending” charges should drop with the issuing bank within 1-3 business days. If you need additional help with “pending” charges or authorizations, please contact your issuing bank or credit card company.

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
From the moment the returned items arrive to our offices, our returns department inspects, refunds, and releases the order back into inventory within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a notification of the refund or exchange via e-mail once done.

3. WHERE WILL MY REFUND GO?
ALL refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

TRACKING AND SHIPPING

1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders process within 1-2 business days before shipping out. Once it has left our warehouse, an automated e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number and link to the carrier.

2. MY TRACKING SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT
I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT? WHAT DO I DO?

We advise checking in with everyone at the residence, leasing/management office, and local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us via e-mail at care@etherealshop.com for a prompt response.

3. I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING
ADDRESS…HOW DO I FIX IT?

Contact us via care@etherealshop.com. If the order is unfulfilled, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to adjust it before it is officially shipped out.

 4. HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Contact directly via care@etherealshop.com. We process all orders Monday to Friday - throughout the day. If the system has already assigned a tracking number to your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

 

INVENTORY AND SIZING

1. ITEM IS MARKED AS “SOLD OUT”. WHAT DO I DO?
Click on the “Alert Me” tab on the right side of the page, indicate your preferred style/size, enter your email address, and “add to wish list”. We’ll contact you once the style and your indicated size comes back into inventory.

 2. HOW DO I FIND MY CORRECT SIZE?
Refer all sizes to our Sizing Chart under the description.
